Check-ins are required once every 3 months and can be scheduled below. Scripts will be held if it's been 3+ months since your last consult or check-in. The check-in is covered under your follow up program as long as you have remained active in the program.*
* To remain active means you have been enrolled in consistent and consecutive follow up programs with no more than a 60 day lapse from your last successful payment. If you have not remained active you must purchase and complete an initial consult under Get Started.
