*By Participating you are doing so voluntarily and it is your responsibility to listen to your body. As with all prescription medications there may be side effects. If you experience any negative side effects, you agree to stop taking the medication and seek your PCP. 

* We do not offer refunds and cancellation fees apply ($150).  RWL providers reserve the right to cancel at any time.  It is expected that program plans are followed as prescribed without deviation.  It is your responsibility to pick up scripts within a timely fashion.  If programs are cancelled, scripts will be discontinued immediately.

* Results vary from person to person and we make no guarantees about your weight loss results.  The program protocol was developed based on what works best for a majority of people.  We make no guarantees about weight loss results.  

* Medication will expire at the pharmacy after 6 months, it is your responsibility to pick up the medications in a timely manner.  

* If your account becomes inactive, you are expected to start over with a face-to-face initial consult, which can be setup under our Get Started page.

* Common side effects of Semaglutide or Tirzepatide may include but are not limited to diarrhea, constipation, or nausea. Adverse side effects may include but are not limited to prolonged constipation, repeated vomiting, severe stomach cramps, or in rare cases gastroparesis. If you experience adverse side effects stop taking the medication immediately and follow up with your primary care doctor. If you experience heart palpitations, chest pain, or shortness of breath go to an emergency clinic immediately.
